This project involved transforming a former restaurant space into a sleek and functional Cat B office fit-out. The strip-out and reconfiguration work paved the way for a completely refreshed layout, tailored to the client’s needs.

Key upgrades included new services and modifications to the HVAC system, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment. We also designed and installed acoustic-glazed meeting rooms, combining soundproofing with a modern aesthetic, perfect for private discussions and collaborative work.

The office now boasts a contemporary contract kitchen that merges style with practicality, along with brand-new WC and shower facilities for staff convenience. Additionally, the back-of-house area was reimagined as a multi-use gallery space, ideal for hosting art exhibitions and client events, adding a dynamic edge to the workplace.
