The team at the helm comprises of Directors Ben Hayes and Conan Dugmore, who closely oversee the development and management of all projects. Our team boasts a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence, having successfully delivered numerous projects across London and surrounding counties.
With a career spanning over a decade, Ben has established himself as a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. A holder of an HNC in Construction Management and a degree in Quantity Surveying, Ben has effectively managed multimillion-pound projects from start to finish. In his most recent role at a North London-based contracting firm, Ben led the commercial team, achieving an impressive threefold increase in annual turnover in just eight years. Ben's diverse expertise encompasses a broad range of construction activities, from groundworks and drainage to structural steelworks, heritage works, commercial fitout, and new build housing.

Conan possesses extensive experience in various areas, including customer service, public sectors, maintenance engineering, water systems, and water hygiene. He also managed workshops that specialized in joinery and metal fabrication. Later, he ventured into the construction industry where he worked for a medium-sized company and focused on improving the overall Health and Safety for the company. Additionally, he directly managed different projects, including strip out, builders' works, and below-ground drainage. Furthermore, Conan has a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
