This project involved the structural repair and full internal reinstatement of a period townhouse in Mayfair. Following the identification of significant structural movement, Haymore carried out essential drainage and groundworks, together with comprehensive crack stitching to stabilise the property and restore its integrity.

Once the structural repairs were complete, the team undertook a full reinstatement of the property, including the restoration of bespoke joinery, installation of flooring, and complete redecoration throughout. The project also included the reinstallation of the original kitchen.
